Refund policy

Returns

All sales are final, but if an item arrives broken, we will be happy to replace it.

If you receive pottery that has been damaged in transit please contact us at hello@potterysisters.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We can then arrange a refund or exchange. Beyond this 48 hour period we cannot refund for damaged goods.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@potterysisters.com.
